It was a competition project to design the new sports complex in the same area of Bursa Atatürk Sports Complex which was one of the most important urban landmarks of the city of Bursa and was demolished recently. 

The design approach was not only based on technical problem solving, but also protecting the social and cultural aspects of the earlier project, in addition to developing the architectural concept in a contemporary and sustainable way and figuring the building as one of the new symbols of the city.

We aimed not to contradict the modern approach of the demolished project taking care that transforming  the area into a public space and embraces the users. 

The building has the structural consistency from inside and outside. The structure gives the main characteristics of the building creating a harmony with the semi-transparent and transparent facade elements which let the contentment of the natural light all indoor areas.
