The project for Business School in Istanbul Technical University Macka Campus is aiming to be a modern innovative educational complex answering the contemporary necessities as well as becoming a social center for the neighbourhood. In the design, the leading idea was to give an answer to the lack of open area and social spaces in the existing campus. Flexible and adaptable spaces are created for the future foresight, such as online classrooms, public educations or rentable offices. Renewable energy uses and passive air conditioning elements were used in line with the sustainability criteria
